1. I am experiencing intermittent or frequent pixelization when I
playback my HD-VHS tape. What should I do?
While it is possible that you have a bad tape, it is our experience that cleaning the heads of your D-VHS player will generally correct any pixelization problems. As the heads on a D-VHS player become dirty from use, they will be unable to cleanly read the digital information on the tape. It is our experience that proper use of an approved D-VHS head cleaner will almost always correct this problem. If you have tried cleaning the heads of your player and still experience problems, you may send the tape back to HDNet and we will test it here and replace it if necessary.
2. I have a JVC30000 deck and am experiencing playback problems.
For JVC30000 users, if you are experiencing playback problems your machine may need a firmware update. You can send your machine to the JVC Service Department for the free update. Please contact the JVC Service Deptartment as needed.
3. What about international orders?
There are shipping surcharges to non-US customers. UPS Shipments to Europe and Asia go out UPS expedited. Expect shipping costs of $50- $75USD. International buyers must pay all international tariffs and duties.
